OUR MODEL
Integrated Student Supports is a shorthand for how we bring together the different kinds of resources and services that our students and families need.
One point person, the Site Coordinator, works directly with teachers, families, service agencies, local companies, and more to create a network of support that’s easily accessible and all in one place. Through school-wide, small-group, & individualized support, our Site Coordinators do whatever it takes to keep kids coming to school ready to learn.
