Principal and Director of Private Wealth Tyler Papaz has been an active board member of

Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania (CIS of Eastern PA) for nearly a decade, where he uses his expertise gained from his role at Cornerstone Advisors Asset Management to help support the organization’s mission. Although he has been involved with different facets of the organization, including finance, programs and strategy, what excites Tyler most is spreading awareness around CIS by sharing its mission with new people.

First introduced to CIS of Eastern PA by

Megan Beste, District Director for Congresswoman Susan Wild, Papaz was drawn to the nonprofit’s mission and liked how he could spend time with students through his volunteer work.

Papaz is the most proud of how the organization has balanced growth with sustainability. As a previous board chair for CIS Eastern PA, Tyler has been an objective leader and a strategic thinker while developing a clear plan for the future of the agency.

“I love that our footprint has expanded, that the number of students we serve has increased, and that we’ve been fiscally responsible through it all,” said Papaz.

In his free time, Papaz likes to coach and play soccer, golf, snowboard, and spend time with his family. Papaz looks forward to celebrating CIS of Eastern PA’s 40th anniversary and continuing to work with students to help them reach their full potential.
