Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania Grows Administrative Team

Communities in Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania (CISEasternPA), an agency that removes the nonacademic barriers that keep students from achieving academically and in life, recently hired Darline Nyangweso as a program manager and Robin Kulsea as manager of advancement.

Darline Nwangweso began her new role on September 6, 2022. She oversees CISEasternPA site professionals in the Easton Area and Whitehall-Coplay School Districts, and Lehigh Career & Technical Institute. Nwangweso was formerly a teacher and is excited to continue her career in the education field.

“Darline has the leadership qualities that we value at CIS,” says Wendy Seiffert, vice president of operations. “Having her join our agency as a program manager will offer invaluable support to our site professionals.”

Robin Kulsea became manager of advancement on August 1, 2022. In her new role, she leads the agency’s grant writing effort and focuses on donor stewardship. She also delegates time to manage CISEasternPA’s internal donor database and assists other fundraising initiatives as part of the Advancement and Communications department. Prior to CISEasternPA, Kulsea dedicated much of her career to fundraising in multiple industries. Former employers include Moravian Academy, Habitat for Humanity, and PBS39.

“Robin will enhance our entire department with her knowledge of fundraising and donor stewardship,” says CISEasternPA Vice President of Advancement Maria Esposito. “Our paths have crossed in previous roles, and I know she will be a great addition to our Advancement department.”
